About Gothic Romance Clothing
“Gothic Romance” was developed as an online branch of Pink Parrot, a company devoted to fashion and giftware with individuality and something different from the high street norm.
I had previously walked around Camden and didn’t find anything I wanted. The few things that I liked were very expensive. I had travelled in India and knew they have some tailors that are the best in the world. So I decided to start a store selling tailor-made clothes at a more reasonable price. More than 20 years later, the rest is history!
We now have some tailors that are very dedicated and love what they are doing. The quality of what they make is the best I have ever seen. One of the ways we keep the price down is by sending the clothes directly from the tailor to the customer.
Pink Parrot began in the Trafford Centre Festival Village and continued to The Lanes, Meadowhall and to Marple in Cheshire. We are now concentrating on online selling but attend the WGW and Whitby Goth Weekends twice yearly with our gothic selection (on show in the Leisure Centre venue).
